BBQ Chicken Skewer

General Ingredients

4 Servings

6 oz Chicken thigh
pepper
Cooking sake
Vegetable oil
2 oz Otafuku Okonomi sauce

How to Cook Chicken Skewer

1. Cut chicken into 2 inch size (bit size).

2. Season the chicken with cooking sake and pepper.

3. Add oil on the pan, grill the chicken.

4. Grill the chicken until its golden brown.

5. Pour the Otafuku Okonomi sauce in the pan.

6. Toss the chicken with sauce.

7. Put the skewer into chicken as shown on the picture.
