Grilled Meat
Beef & Broccoli

General Ingredients ↑
4 Servings
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
12 oz. Lean Beef cut in thin strips
1 lb. Broccoli Florets
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
1 tsp. Chopped Gingerroot
8 oz. can drained Water Chestnuts
1/4 cup Beef Broth
1/4 cup Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce
How to Cook BEEF & BROCCOLI ↑
1.Mix soy sauce and water in a small bowl. Whisk in cornstarch and pour marinade over beef, coating all pieces. Set aside.
2.Microwave or steam broccoli until par-cooked. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
3.Heat vegetable oil in wok or skillet over high heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook approximately 1 minute. Add beef and stir-fry until beef is still slightly pink. Add broccoli, water chestnuts, and beef broth; stir-fry 3-5 minutes. Add Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce and cook until heated through. Transfer to serving dish and serve with white rice.
