Broccoli Salad

General Ingredients

1 lb Broccoli
3 oz Onion (Red if available)
as needed Bonito Flake
as needed Salt
Dressing:

3 tablespoon Otafuku Ponzu Sauce
2 tablespoon Otafuku Vinegar (Crop/Rice)
1 1/3 tablespoon Deli-style Mustard
2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

How to Cook Broccoli Salad

1 Cut or tear broccoli into bite-size pieces. Add dash of salt to pot of water and boil. Add broccoli and cook until it turns into brilliant green. Remove and soak in cold water; dry.

2 Slice onion and wash in water. Squeeze the water out of the onion.

3 Put Otafuku Ponzu Sauce, Otafuku Vinegar, mustard and oil in a bowl, then mix with a whisk.

4 Serve broccoli, onion and bonito flake on top then pour-on dressing.
