Chinese Chicken Salad Wraps

4 servings Salad Greens
8 oz cooked Shredded Chicken
8 oz can drained, chopped Water Chestnuts
2 oz julienned Snow Pea Pods (about 8 pods)
2 oz Shredded Carrots
2 oz crispy Chowmen noodles
4 each 10″ Flour Tortillas
Dressing:
1/4 cup Otafuku Ponzu Sauce
1/4 cup Sesame Oil
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Seasoned Rice Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
How to Cook Chinese Chicken Salad Wraps ↑
1 Prepare salad dressing by mixing Otafuku Ponzu Sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, seasoned rice vinegar and salt and pepper to taste in a small mixing bowl. Pour into an airtight container and set aside.
2 Mix salad greens, chicken, water chestnuts, snow peas, carrots, and chowmen noodles in a large bowl.
3 Dress the salad with dressing to taste; refrigerate remaining salad dressing. Divide salad between 4 room-temperature flour tortillas. Fold in sides of tortilla and roll up from the bottom to enclose filling. Repeat with remaining wraps. Serve immediately.
