Fresh Grilled Mahi Mahi

General Ingredients

4 Servings

1 pound of Mahi Mahi
Salt and pepper
1 tbs all  purpose flour
1 tbs butter
4tbs of Otafuku Ponzu sauce

How to Cook Fresh Grilled Mahi Mahi

1. Coat the Mahi Mahi lightly with flour.
In large skillet, melt 1 tbs butter over medium heat.

2. Saute Mahi Mahi about 5 minutes, turning once until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.

3. Serve with Otafuku Ponzu sauce.
