[ Batter Ingredients: about 6 servings ]
Flavoring Stock (Dashi): 300cc/10floz
Flour: 250g/8.8oz
[ Directions ]
       
  1. Mix the flour into the flavoring stock.
  2. Add the cabbage, green onion, Tempura Crisps to 100 cc/3.3 floz of batter.
  3. Allow the center to have a depression and break the egg into it.
  4. Lay the pork on top. When you make the batter, you should allow it to chill for at least one hour.
