Pork Stir-fry with Vegetables

4 Servings
2/3 lb. Thin sliced pork
1 tablespoon Sake
1 (0.4lb) Onion
1/2 (4oz) Celery
4 oz Carrot
1 (4oz) Japanese Cucumber
1/2 (2oz) Green Bell Pepper
1 clove (1/5 oz) Garlic
as needed Salt & Pepper
2 table spoon Vegetable Oil
Stir-Fry Sauce:
6 tablespoon Otafuku Okonomi Sauce
1 tablespoon Otafuku Vinegar
How to Cook Pork Stir-fry with Vegetables ↑
1 Cut pork into bite-size pieces. Marinate in cooking wine.
2 Prepare vegetables: Slice garlic; chop carrot; mince celery. Cut Japanese cucumber diagonally, rotating. Cut onion lengthwise, into four to six wedges. Chop green bell pepper into large, single-bite pieces.
3 Heat fry pan or wok and add oil. Saute garlic until it turns light brown. Stir-in pork and season lightly with salt and pepper and cook until nearly done.
4 Add carrot, onion, and celery in order and stir-fry until tender. Add cucumber and green bell pepper.
5 Blend Otafuku Okonomi Sauce and Otafuku vinegar and add. Cook until done.
