Stewed Chicken

General Ingredients

4 Servings

14 oz Chicken thigh
1 onion (7oz)
3.5 oz  Carrot
Salt & pepper as needed
2 tbs vegetable oil

1/2 cup Otafuku Okonomi sauce
1/2 cup water
Parsley for garnish

How to Cook Stewed Chicken

1. Cut chicken legs into bite-size pieces. Chop onion and carrot into small pieces (0.5 inches).  Mince parsley.

2. Heat frying pan and add oil.  Fry chicken, onion, carrot until they turn light brown.  Add Otafuku Okonomi sauce and water and stew until the ingredients become soft.

3. Serve it on the plate and garnish parsley.
