General Ingredients

Ingredients: 1 serving
Takoyaki Flour 100g 3.5oz
Green Onion 2 pieces
Egg 1
Tempura Crisps 1oz
Dried Bonito as needed
Red ginger as needed
Aonori, Green Seaweed as needed
Otafuku Takoyaki Sauce – -
(You can change the amount of sauce according to the amount of vegetables and noodles)
*You can change or add meat, seafood and vegetable ingredients to suit your taste.

Preparation

Batter Ingredients: about 15 PCS servings
1 egg
Water: 340 cc
Takoyaki Flour: 100 g/3.5 oz

Directions
1. Mix an egg well in large bowl first.

2. Add water(340cc) .

3. Then mix Takoyaki Flour with them, until it become smooth.
