Deep Fried Meat

Tangy Fried Chicken

 

General Ingredients

4 Servings

1 pound of chicken thigh
Salt and pepper
2 tbs all  purpose flour
One green onion
1 cup of oil
3 tbs of Otafuku Ponzu sauce

How to Cook Tangy Fried Chicken

1. Cut the chicken thigh into a bite size, and  sprinkle flour over chicken with salt and pepper.
    Cut green onion.

2. Heat oil in a deep fryer at 374 degrees.

3. After the deep flying, drain chicken on a wire cooking rack for 30 second then immediately 
     toss the fried chicken in the Otafuku Ponzu sauce.
