Tofu and Mushroom Salad

General Ingredients ↑
1 package Tofu
7 oz Oyster Mushroom
2 pieces Shiitake Mushroom
2 packages Enoki Mushroom
as needed Japanese Basil (Shiso)
4 tablespoon Otafuku Ponzu Sauce
1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
How to Cook Tofu and Mushroom Salad ↑
1.Cut Tofu into four pieces. Chop Japanese basil.
2.Tear Shimeji mushroom into pieces. Cut off the hard tip of Enoki mushroom. Slice Shiitake mushroom into bite-size pieces.
3.Boil water in a pan and cook mushrooms slightly.
4.Mix Otafuku Ponzu Sauce and oil.
5.Plate Tofu and mushroom then garnish Japanese basil on top.
