OKONOMIYAKI
Tofu Okonomiyaki
General Ingredients ↑
6 Servings
3.5 oz cabbage
0.5 oz green onion
1 oz cut corn
1 oz dice carrot
2 oz tofu
2 egg
2/3 cup soy milk , vegetable broth, or milk
2oz Otafuku Okonomi sauce
seaweed
mayonnaise
How to Cook Tofu Okonomiyaki ↑
1. Cut the cabbage- cut into thin strips. 1.2 inches long, 1/8 inches wide
2. Making batter
Add 2/3 cup soy milk and 3/4 cup all purpose flour (3.5oz) into a bowl and mix until the flour is dissolved.
3. After the batter is complete, put all the ingredients into the batter mixture, and then lightly mix all together.
Tip ( Don’t over mix it)
4. Spread the batter mixture into 6 inches circle evenly on the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes.
5. Flip the Okonomiyaki, cook for another 4 minutes.
6. Flip it once more and cook for another 3 minutes.
7. When it cooks through, place it on the plates.
8. Serve with Okonomi sauce on the top.
