Tsunami Pizza

General Ingredients ↑
1 tablespoon Peanut Oil
1 teaspoon chopped Garlic
6 oz medium Shrimp, tail off
1/4 cup Otafuku Sushi Sauce
1 ready-to-use Pizza Crust
3 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3 ounces shredded Swiss Cheese
chopped Fresh Cilantro, for garnish
3 tablespoon Otafuku Ponzu Sauce
2 tablespoon Otafuku Vinegar (Crop/Rice)
1 1/3 tablespoon Deli-style Mustard
2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
How to Cook Tsunami Pizza ↑
1.Heat peanut oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add garlic and shrimp and stir-fry until shrimp is pink and just cooked through. Add 1 teaspoon Otafuku Sushi Sauce and cook 1 additional minute. Remove from pan and set aside.
2.Spread remaining Otafuku Sushi Sauce evenly over pizza crust to within 1″ of edge. Sprinkle the cheeses over the sauce; spoon cooked shrimp over cheese. Bake pizza according to package directions. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
3.Chicken may be substituted for shrimp; cut into small pieces before stir-frying
