Ingredient Of Sauce
Vegetable and fruits such as tomato, onion, apple, dates, orange,
peach, carrot, garlic, celery and so on are the main ingredients.
Besids sauce is seasoned with sugar, salt, brewed vinegar,
seasonings and so on and finally about 20 kinds of spices
from all over the world are used to give sauce good flavor
and hot taste for producing delicious sauce.
The Main Factory
The main factory has streamlined production lines which mainly handle mass production items including Okonomi Sauce. High-rise construction work was completed in 1994,allowing for an increase in production capacity equivalent to 30 billion yen. Various types of sauce, vinegar and other products are processed, filled and completed at this location.
