Upon the arrival of the ingredients, we receive¬Ý inspection certificates regarding
pesticides, additives, foreign substances and microorganisms from the manufacturer
and¬Ý then we store them in our warehouse. When using them, we carry out further
testing, blend brewed vinegar and salt with them, and temporarily store puree
or paste style vegetables and fruits in¬Ý ingredient tanks.
